The Bay of Green Bay is a world-class fishery offering diverse opportunities throughout the open-water season. We target three primary species, with peak activity windows varying by season: Walleye: End of March through November Best trophy fish times: April 1st - June 1st & September 1st - December 20th Smallmouth Bass: 1st Saturday in May through December 20th Best trophy fish times: All of May, & August 1st - December 20th Muskies: May 15th through November 30th Best trophy fish times: August 1st - November 30 Perch: June through September Peak season: June - August

To maximize your success, we follow the fish migration. Our launch points typically include landings in Green Bay, Marinette, Oconto, as well as other strategic locations along the bay, depending on active bite patterns. I will personally recommend the specific launch location prior to your trip based on current conditions for the best bite.

Our charters are optimized for 1 to 4 anglers per boat to ensure safety, comfort, and plenty of casting room. If you are planning a corporate outing or have a larger group, please contact us directly as we can coordinate multiple boats to accommodate your needs.

To stay comfortable on the water, we recommend bringing the following items: Clothing: Dress in layers. Temperatures on the water are often significantly cooler than on land. Sun Protection: Hat, high-quality sunglasses (polarized recommended), and sunscreen. Food & Drink: Bring your preferred snacks and beverages for the duration of the trip. Superstition alert: Please leave the bananas at home! Gear: A camera or phone to capture your catch and a cooler (leave in your vehicle) to transport your catch home. Don't forget your valid Wisconsin state fishing license!

Weekend Warrior Guide Service provides all the professional-grade tackle and technology required for a successful day. You do not need to bring your own rods or lures. Your charter includes: Premium Rods & Reels: Including JT Outdoor Products equipment. Marine Tech: 3 Sonar/GPS combos and forward-facing sonar for real-time tracking. Safety Gear: Marine radio, cellular phone, and all USCG-approved safety equipment. Bait & Tackle: All live and artificial bait is included.  And of course–photos of your trip!

Yes, a valid fishing license is required for anyone 16 and older. You can obtain your WI state fishing license at many local vendors or online, here.

Yes, you can keep fish. However, due to DNR regulations there is a limit to the amount that you can keep. Any Walleye over 24 inches will be released. This helps keep our fisheries thriving.

If something comes up and you need to cancel or move your trip, I will need at least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be responsible for the balance in full. All no-call, no-shows will be responsible for the balance of their trip. All deposits are non-refundable.

Your safety is my top priority. I monitor weather forecasts closely leading up to your trip.  Rescheduling Conditions: We will reschedule if there are high winds (excess of 30mph), severe cold, thunderstorms, or unsafe ramp conditions (ice).  Deposit policy: If weather-related cancellations occur, your deposit will be fully transferred to a future date.
